Construction Completed Spring 2011.
A building from the 70's was characterized by heavy brown brick, 45 degree angled planes, and relatively few windows.
New exterior and interior finishes and systems are provided. Window openings are increased by a third. The exterior is re-clad in blue stucco, contrasted with white canopy structures marking the entrances, and black window frames and glazing.
The main entrance is relocated and marked with a high, white canopy "pavilion" picking up on the many 45 degree angled planes of the existing building.
